What is the 3 week diet program ?
The 3 week diet program or the three week diet program as it also has been called, is a program is created by Brian Flatt. Brian flatt has read 500 medical studies and hundreds of diet system to create a program help you loose weight in quickest time possible.
It starts with a detox phase than it has a fasting and two kinds of low carb phases.
This three week diet program is kind of contversial though it relies heavily (supplements like ) whey protein powders, Brian flatt also uses a lot of vitamins and omega fats. I personally think that the best way to loose weight is through normal diet. It can also be quite expensive.
Who shouldn´t do this ? (Warning)
Do NOT try the three week diet if you are diabetic or have some kind of heart problem because it is really intense a may give your body a shock. If you have some sort of other health problem I recommend that you at least talk to your doctor before you start this program.
But if you are in perfect health and want to loose some weight fast this can be a good program for you.

Conclusion
I would personally NOT recommend this program. It´s efective , but it can be really dangerous and there are safer and more long-term fatloss program out there.
Though the excerises are great but the diet are sometimes questionable.
The 3 week diet program is very effective program and if you are dedicated and follow the plan you will probaly loose weight.
But it´s not a long term weightloss program. After the three week diet you will need to find a more long term healthy way to diet and keep you weight. This type of yo-yo dieting is very dangerous and greatly increases the risk of heart disease (up to 200 %)
